OPERATIONS RESEARCH
Aravind Eye Care System conducts operations research under LAICO. The combination of high clinical load, extensive community participation and access to a large network of hospitals provides ideal opportunities for conducting population - based studies as well as social and health systems research.
Following are the major operations research undertaken by LAICO in the year ending March 2010 are:
