Workshop Framework
The workshop is organized into four modules:

Module 3:	Growing the practice Key Facilitator: Dr. Ashok Grover, Delhi The challenges discussed in this module include:     -   Increase patient volumes     -   Expanding range of services     -   Going beyond single-ophthalmologist practice     -   Improving Profitability
Module 4:	Eco-system and Future trends Key Facilitator:Dr. Babu Rajendran, Chennai The challenges discussed in this module include:     -   Changing expectations of patients     -   Keeping up with innovations     -   Future of Insurance     -   Facing competition from large institutions

Module Design
Each module is presented by a key facilitator and is designed to be a combination of sharing personal experience and participant discussion in order to glean the learning from the presentations:

• § case presentations – where we have eminent private practitioners sharing their experience in overcoming     specific issues related to the different aspects of private practice
• § panel discussion    – where the discussion opens up to the plenary and the audience can interact with the     proficient guest faculty
