In any organisation whether at National or Institutional level, there is a continuous need to bring about change either for improvements, introducing new initiatives or creating the right work environment. The effectiveness in implementation of a programme or the functioning of an institution depends on the extent to which such changes are brought about and sustained within the organisation. This requires those orchestrating such changes, to have considerable influencing skills beyond what comes with the authority of the position that the individual may hold.

Objectives
  • To take the participants through a structured process for influencing to bring about change
  • To facilitate the application of the learning in a real life problem specific to each of the participant
Each participant will be required to come prepared with a problem or issue or an initiative which they have difficulty in implementing within their organisation or programme.

Faculty
  • Mr. Colin Williams, Wescott Williams Ltd., UK
  • Mr. John Bickel, Wescott Williams Ltd., UK

The participants are expected to pay for their own travel and accommodation, but we are happy to facilitate in booking the accommodation at Madurai, India. Refreshments and lunch will be provided in the workshop venue during the workshop.
