We, the faculty of Aravind Eye Care System, take great pleasure in inviting you to ‘PHACOEXCEL-2008 Basics and Beyond..’ to be held at Aravind Eye Hospital,Madurai on December 13 and 14, 2008 .
Cataract Surgery is rapidly evolving with innovations in techniques, machines, IOLs and supplies. This programme, will highlight the basics and recent advances in cataract surgery.
The purpose of this workshop is to take stock of what is existing and what can be anticipated.
Newer phaco machines and phaco technologies have turned a new leaf in this millennium associated with a progressive decrease in the size of the cataract incision. There will be lectures and live surgery sessions by well renowned faculty both international and national.
This will be an opportunity to meet, listen and share with the experts in the field.
