Ms. Deepa Krishnan
Before joining the Fellowship Program she worked in a Health Research Foundation in Bangalore after completing a degree in Computer Engineering. During the fellowship she trained at Vivekananda Mission Asram Netra Niramay Niketan, Chaitanyapur, West Bengal. She is currently the Manager - Systems, Aravind Eye Care System.

Mr. R. Kumar
He has done his MBA in Hospitals Health/Systems Management from Sri Ramachandra Institute of Management. Before joining the Fellowship program he has worked in a TPA. During the fellowship he trained at JPM Rotary Eye Hospital, Cuttack, Orissa. He is currently working in Projects Division as associate faculty.

Mr. Diljo Thomas
Diljo graduated from the School of Medical Education, Kottaym with a Masters Degree in Hospital Administration. He then worked as a Management Trainee in Patient Relations at the MIMS Hospital in Calicut before joining the Fellowship Program. During the fellowship he trained at Indira Gandhi Eye Hospital and Research Centre, Amethi, Uttar Pradesh. He is currently looking after the administration of our partner institute - Indira Gandhi Eye Hospital at Lucknow.

Priya joined the Fellowhip program after receiving her MBA in Hospital and Health Systems Management from the Sri Ramachandra Institute of Management. During the fellowship she trained at Seva Rural Eye Hospital, Jagadhia, Gujarat. She is currently the Manager – Retina Services, Aravind Eye Hospital, Coimbatore.

Mr. Prasanth
After graduating with a MHA from the Kottayam School of Medical Education, Kottayam, Prasanth worked as a Consultant in Quality Management Systems before joining the Fellowship program. During the fellowship he trained at Sadguru Netra Chikitsalaya, Chitrakoot, Madhya Pradesh. He is currently working as a associate faculty in consultancy division of LAICO.

Mr. Ganeshmoorthy
After completing a masters degree in Hospital and Health Systems Management from the Sri Ramachandra Institute of Management, Ganesh joined the Fellowship Program at Aravind. During the fellowship he trained at H.V. Desai Eye Hospital, Pune, Maharashtra. After the completion of the Fellowship he worked for 6 months as Assistant Administrator at Aravind Eye Hospital, Pondicherry. He is currently looking after the administration of our partner institute – Indira Gandhi Eye Hospital at Amethi.

Swetha completed a Masters degree in Hospital and Health Systems Management from the Sri Ramachandra Institute of Management before joining Aravind’s Management Fellowship Program. During the fellowship she trained at R.R. Lions Eye Hospital, Palakol, Andhra Pradesh. She is working as a HR Manager in Aravind Eye Care System, Madurai.

After graduating with a MHA from School of Medical Education, Kottayam . Franco Francis worked as a Hospital Consultant in Quality Management System before joining the fellowship program. During the fellowship he trained at Islamia Eye Hospital, Dhakka, Bangladesh. After the fellowship program, he joined as Manager-Patient Care at Aravind Madurai. He is currently working as Administrator, Sudharsan Nethralaya, Amreli, Gujarat.
