How to provide better service to each of these components were discussed in detail along with the role of the fellows in their post fellowship placement.
The Retreat focused on two major areas: first being how to find out new avenues to fulfil fellows' responsibilies and secondly how to energize themselves. During the Retreat, the senior fellows who play vital roles in our five hospitals and the managed care hospitals shared their success and failure stories and also the individual learning from it.
There was a bright discussion on how to improve the Fellowship Programme during which so many new ideas emanated.
