The Diwali CME was held in Aravind-Madurai from October, 8-11. This time each department focused on the theme. During the CME the theme presentation was done through a role play and video demonstration. This really helped them to correct their errors and helped them to learn the quality of work. On October 11 all the Clinical, Nonclinical departments and specialty Clinics presented an update about their departments to all the other staff. It really helped the other staff members to update themselves. It was a very good learning experience to all the staff to think and orient themselves in the better way.
